This hospital is part of a much larger for-profit system that prides itself on being one of the largest employers in the state, with over 30 locations nationally. The CEO has been part of the system since 1992 and provides leadership and guidance on three boards and has received numerous local and national awards.
“I can have a vision and an idea, but it is really the medical staff and our employees who really make it happen. That’s been the key to our success – listen to them, help develop their ideas and have them really understand what we are trying to achieve and help us achieve it.” -CEO
This is the ONLY Women's Hospital in New Mexico, so this cohesive group is looking for a leader with a culture of ownership, compassion, innovation, and inquisition. The Executive Director of Women’s Services believes in shared governance practices and wants someone that can build trusting relationships with the team.
This location sees almost 3,500 births a year, so this ideal candidate will have a minimal threshold of 2,000 births per year in a clinical leadership position to handle the acuity. They will also be over antepartum and OB triage. There are 16 delivery rooms, 8 bed antepartum, 2 c-section rooms and 5 triages.
If you are a compassionate Labor and Delivery Clinical Director that has a strong back and soft heart, I want to speak with you!
